Jesus said in John chapter 14 verse 27, “Peace I leave with you. My peace I give to you, not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid”. The huge barrier that prevents you and me from experiencing peace is that we`re separated from God because of sin. For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus, our Lord. The Bible assures that putting your trust in the finished work of Jesus Christ will result in peace.
