Thought of the Day

Jesus was seized by His enemies and crucified. The enemies were more afraid of a dead Jesus than a living Jesus. When He was doing public ministry, he had no soldiers to escort, but once He was buried, they were afraid that His disciples might steal his body from the tomb to claim His resurrection. In order to prevent His resurrection, they made the grave secure by rolling a large stone against the entrance of the tomb. They affixed the official seal of the Roman government on the stone and placed armed guards 24×7 to watch the tomb.
Jesus` followers went to the grave on the first day of the week. To their utter surprise the tomb stone was rolled away exposing an empty tomb. And they saw an angel telling them : “He is not here, for He is
risen, just as He said.”
Jesus did exactly what He said He would do. That is God’s way; He always fulfills His promises. We can count on this and prepare for His imminent coming for us in the mid air. Have a fantastic Friday

Thought of the Day

Apostle Paul wrote to Roman believers, in Rom. 8:28 that “all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to His purpose.” Joseph was sold by his brothers into Egypt, but Joseph tells his brothers that it was “God who sent me before you to preserve life” (Genesis 45:5).
God asks us to trust and obey Him day by day and learn the lessons He sets before us.
Have a tremendous Thursday

Thought of the Day

Apostle Paul wrote to Roman believers, in Rom. 8:28 that “all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to His purpose. Moses in Exodus 3:10 was sent by God to Pharaoh of Egypt, to deliver God’s people, the sons of Israel from bondage. Forty years prior to that, Pharaoh had tried to kill Moses (Pharaoh`s daughter’s son) who grew up in his palace. God is at work on our behalf and will fulfill His purpose in His way!
Tomorrow we’ll be introduced to Joseph, one of the sons
of Israel.
Have a wonderful Wednesday

Thought of the Day

Apostle Paul in Phllipians 1:12 says that his bonds caused the progression of the gospel. He was able to tell many in the pretorian guard about the saving grace of Jesus Christ. Because he was imprisoned, he could not visit all the churches. So he wrote letters to those churches, the Prison Epistles. Never lose heart when you are faced with adversities. The same apostle wrote in Romans 8:28, “And we know that God causes all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to His purpose. Have a peaceful and blessed Tuesday

Thought of the Day

Jesus resurrected so we worship Him corporately on the first day of the Week, the Lord’s Day and break Bread calling the event as Lord’s Table. Till He comes back the Church celebrates the Lord’s Table. They are the historical proofs of His first coming. The next Greatest event is His appearance in midair when all who slept in Jesus would be raised up to accompany Him along with those in whom Christ lives would be caught up with Him. Hope you are ready or will get ready to accompany Him to His abode.
Have a blessed and serene Sunday

Thought of the Day

The resurrection of Jesus Christ is the single most important moment in all of history because it is the guarantee of our resurrection. Remember resurrection is not reincarnation. Have a peaceful and pleasant weekend

Thought of the Day

“I am not ashamed of the gospel, for it is the power of God for salvation to everyone who believes ….”
(Romans 1:16 a). Apostle Paul is the one wo penned the above verse. If he was not ashamed of the gospel, why should we be ashamed? Remember, it is the power of God for our salvation, provided we believe in the saving power of Jesus Christ. Just keep thinking about what you read. Have a fantastic Friday

Thought of the Day

“He who is in you is greater than he who is in the world” (1John 4:4). This verse reminds that Christ, who is in you, is greater than the devil, who is in the world. The goal of this verse is greater faith in Jesus Christ than in the enemy around us. The above verse assumes that Christ indwells in the reader. My humble question to you my friend is: Do you have Christ in you? Then only you could claim His superiority and victory over all enemies in the world. Have a tremendous Thursday

Thought of the Day

One of our greatest needs is to know that we are loved. God, our creator wants us to know that He loves everyone of us. One of my friends often said, “love is giving”. When I read John 3:16, I fully understood what he meant. “God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish, but have eternal life”. What does it mean to believe in Jesus? The Bible is not talking about an intellectual assent. There is even more to it than that my friend. To have faith in Jesus Christ means to believe that He, the God, became a man to save you from your sins by dying in your place on the cross of Calvary. When you truly place your faith in Jesus Christ, you receive the gift of eternal life. Have you received that gift? Have a wonderful Wednesday

Thought of the Day

“For the Lord gives wisdom ; From His mouth come knowledge and understanding. He stores up sound wisdom for the upright; He is a shield to those who walk in integrity, Guarding the paths of justice, And He preserves the way of His godly ones” (Prov. 2:6-8). Wisdom is our ability to see our lives rom the Lord’s perspective and live in accordance to His will. James 1:5 says: “If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God who gives to all generously and without reproach, and it will be given to him”. So if you need to acquire His blessed wisdom, please ask our God. Have a wonderful Tuesday
