Be submissive to God’s chastening. Chastening is a part of God’s plan to help His children mature in godly character. God chastens us, not as a judge punishes a criminal but as a parent disciplines a child. He chastens because of our rebellion, but God always chastens in love. Have a magnificent Monday

“How lovely are your dwelling places, O Lord of hosts! My soul longed and even yearned for the courts of the Lord…. For a day in Your courts is better than a thousand outside”
(Ps. 84:1, 10). Since we were made for an intimate relationship with our God, a humble place of service with Him is better than an exalted position of power or fame in the world without Him. Our souls should long for the courts of the Lord. Have a peaceful and serene Sunday

“God is our refuge and strength
, A very present help in trouble. Therefore we will not fear, though the earth should change And though the mountains slip into the heart of the sea (Ps 46:1-2). On some days we may feel as if our world has slipped into the heart of the sea. But if we put our trust in God, we have no need for fear. He is our refuge and strength. In fact, He is our only refuge and strength. When stress becomes unbearable, “cast all your anxiety on Him, because He cares for you” (1 Peter 5:7).
Have a peaceful and blessed weekend

“Call to Me and I will answer you, and I will tell you great and mighty things, which you do not know” (Jeremiah 33 :3). Throughout the Bible, God promises to speak to His children, but we must listen for His voice. To listen actively, we must come before the Lord with expectation. We must eagerly anticipate Him speaking to us.

“My people who are called by My name humble themselves and pray and seek My face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, will forgive their sin and will heal their land.”(2Chr. 7: 14). The pandemic has been around for more than a year. God is still waiting patiently for us to humble ourselves and pray and seek His face and turn from our wicked ways so that He would forgive our sins and would heal the land. Have a wonderful Wednesday

“For God is not unjust so as to forget your work and the love which you have shown toward His name, in having ministered and in still ministering to the saints”
(Hebrews 6:10).
God never forgets what we do in obedience to Him. In fact, one day we will stand before the judgment seat of Christ and be rewarded for all the things we have done out of love and obedience to him. Have a tremendous Tuesday

“One who is gracious to a poor man lends to the Lord and He will repay him for his good deed (Pro.19:17).
Gracious or kind to the poor refers to a concern that goes beyond pity. It refers to a helping hand, to meeting their needs. Giving to the poor is like lending to the Lord as an investment God will reward.
Nothing we do for those in need is ever wasted. Even if your sacrificial givings are unappreciated or unacknowledged here on earth, God knows what you`ve done and faithfully reward you.
Be kind and generous to those in need. Believe me, there are so many needy people around us. Just keep your eyes and ears open.

Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies and God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our tribulation, that we may be able to comfort those who are in any trouble, with the comfort with which we ourselves are comforted by God.
(2 Corinthians 1:3-4) Have a blessed and serene Sunday

“We urge you brethren, admonish the unruly, encourage the faint-hearted, help the weak, be patient with everyone”
(1 Thess. 5:14). We get so impatient and insolent at times. When we minister in His name to others, we need to ask Him to make us instruments of His grace and mercy. God knows exactly what is necessary for us to mature in our relationship with Him. Be patient with everyone.
In the next verse Apostle Paul urges us: “See that no one repays another with evil for evii, but always seek after that which is good for one another and for all people” (1 Thess 5:15). We will not be able to uplift one another without God’s help and strength. With His help let us encourage one another.
Have a peaceful and pleasant weekend. God’s blessings

“Be strong and courageous, do not be afraid or tremble at them, for the Lord your God is the one who goes with you, He will not fail you or forsake you”(Deut. 31:6).
Moses is telling the nation of Israel the one truth that would sustain them no matter what happened. “The Lord your God is the one who goes with you” before your enemies. God tells us that those who know Him never have to worry about your enemies or enormous problems you face. One condition though: you have to know Him. Do you know Him the way He expects from you?
